Advertorial
The gut report5 things most people forget makes them poop.
You already know about fiber. So why does eating more of it so often change nothing?
Because it was never one thing. It is five, and each one needs the others.

05.
One vegetable a day is not variety.
The number that matters is not how much you eat. It is how many different plants you send down.
10%
of US adults meet even the basic vegetable recommendation.
CDC, MMWR 71(1), 2022 from BRFSS 2019. By state: 5.6% Kentucky to 16.0% Vermont. Plant diversity: McDonald et al., mSystems 2018.
Every plant carries a slightly different fiber. Send the same three foods every day and you are sending the same one, over and over.
The American Gut Project sampled more than 10,000 people. The ones eating more than 30 different plant types a week had more diverse gut bacteria than the ones eating ten or fewer.
Thirty sounds like a diet. It is not. Herbs count. Nuts count. Beans count. Coffee counts. Most people are somewhere in the teens and assume they are nowhere close.
Hold on to that word, bacteria. It comes back at number two, and it changes what this list is actually about.
What actually helps
Count plant types, not servings. Add one new plant a week and keep it.

04.
Fiber is a sponge. A dry sponge does nothing.
You spent number five adding fiber. This is the part that makes it work.
4.2vs 3.3
times a week, two liters of water versus as-you-please, on the same high-fiber diet.
Anti et al., Hepatogastroenterology 1998, n=117. Summary. Water was tested alongside a high-fiber diet, not on its own.
Fiber moves things by holding water. That is the whole mechanism. Dry, it just sits there.
Researchers put 117 adults on the same high-fiber diet. One group drank whatever they wanted, around a liter a day. The other was told to drink two. The two-liter group went 4.2 times a week. The first group went 3.3.
Same food. Nearly one extra time a week, from water alone.
It also explains why adding fiber sometimes backfires. More sponge, same water, and everything gets slower instead of faster.
What actually helps
Put a glass where you already stand every morning. Same spot, same time.

03.
Something still has to push it along.
You have the material and you have the water. Neither one moves on its own.
31%
lower risk in the most active group, across 119,426 people.
Journal of Global Health 2024;14:04197, 13 cohort studies, RR 0.69. Constant-diet caveat: Bingham and Cummings, Gastroenterology 1989.
Your colon is muscle. It works in waves, and those waves pick up when the rest of you is moving.
A 2024 review pooled 13 studies and 119,426 people. The most active group had a 31% lower risk of constipation than the least active.
The bar is lower than it sounds. Walking counts. Cycling counts. Ten minutes counts.
One honest limit, from the same body of work. When diet is held perfectly constant, exercise on its own does not reliably change transit. Movement is a multiplier here, not a substitute.
What actually helps
Ten minutes after your biggest meal. Walk, do not sit.

02.
Those 30 plants were never for you.
Some of that fiber really is just a sponge. The rest is food, and you cannot digest it. The bacteria in your colon can.
1day
is roughly how fast the makeup of your gut bacteria begins to shift after a diet change.
David et al., Nature 2014;505:559-563. Plant diet raised Roseburia, E. rectale and R. bromii.
So they finish the job your stomach cannot.
A Nature study fed people an all-plant diet, then an all-animal one. The makeup of their gut bacteria began shifting within about a day. On the plant diet, the species that break down plant fiber increased. On the animal diet, a different set took over.
So this is not a fixed trait you were born with. It is closer to a garden.
Which puts the first three in one sentence. Variety is what you plant. Water is what you water it with. Movement turns the soil. And a garden does not respond to one good afternoon.
What actually helps
Feed them every day, not perfectly. Consistency beats intensity.

01.
Your gut keeps a schedule. Most people ignore it.
Colon activity falls while you sleep and climbs when you wake up.
Then you eat, and the gastrocolic reflex fires. That is why the urge tends to arrive in the same window every morning.
Miss that window often enough and the rhythm gets less reliable. Travel does it. Shift work does it. So does skipping breakfast for a fourth coffee.
Now put the list back together. Thirty plants in one heroic week does nothing. Two liters of water on a Tuesday does nothing. A long walk on Sunday does nothing.
Every one of the four above is a habit, or it is a story you tell yourself. That is the real reason this is five things and not one.
What actually helps
Pick your window and defend it. Same time, every day.

Knowing was never the hard part. Repeating was.
Four of the five cost nothing. All five are worth nothing unless you repeat them.
Water and movement are still on you. We are not going to pretend a gummy goes for a walk.

The individual packs are honestly why I stuck with these. I used to skip greens constantly, now I tear one open and it's done in 10 seconds.

Biggest thing is I actually go through these. Powders would sit in my cabinet for months.

Fifteen real reviews from the product page, edited only for one typo. Most are not about nutrition at all. They are about the part this page says is the hard part.
I got these gummies because I had hoped they wouldn't upset my stomach as much as the powders that need to be added to water. I'm glad to say, they work great!
So far love the gummy's taste yummy and belly is liking it
Over all I feel better now. I noticed a difference by the second day and improved a little bit more every day.
These have replaced the green powders and are great. Within 30 minutes of taking these, feel a surge of energy and well-being.
The individual packs are honestly why I stuck with these gummies. I used to skip greens constantly, now I just tear one open and eat it in like 10 seconds.
I keep these packs in my pantry and just grab one while my coffee is brewing. 6 gummies and I'm done. Way easier than the greens powder I never used.
I didn't think gummies would replace my greens but these actually did it. 6 gummies, strawberry flavor, no mixing… it just fits into my morning.
I used to forget supplements constantly. These being pre-packed fixed that for me.
I leave a few of these packs in my truck and end up taking them more consistently than anything else I've tried. No shaker, no water, just eat them.
These gummies are a Godsend! THE best gummies out there without a doubt. The taste is incredible and it's become a little sweet treat for me!
So convenient to use and take with you on the go! Taste great too!
I take a pack mid morning at work and don't even think about it. Way easier than trying to mix something in the office.
The 6 gummies per pack feels right too. Doesn't feel like a tiny serving, you actually feel like you took something.
The serving size being exactly one pack is huge for me. No guessing scoops or anything, just grab and go.
Definitely needed some better nutrition and this was any easy way to get it. The flavor of the gummies is awesome.
Individual results vary.

They are food, not a laxative. What they do is cover two of the five things on this page. You get 21 organic fruits and vegetables and four probiotic strains in one serving, which supports normal digestion.* Water, movement and timing are still yours to do. If all five are off, start with whichever one you will actually repeat.
No, and that is on purpose. They are heat treated, which is why the bag is shelf stable and does not need refrigerating. Keep the packs in a drawer, a bag or a glove box, wherever you will actually see them.
Real strawberry. Chewy, like a fruit snack, with no chalky aftertaste. Six gummies is one serving.
Six gummies, which is exactly one pack. That is the whole routine and there is nothing to measure.
The 21 fruits and vegetables in the blend are organic, and the gummies are non-GMO, gluten free and made with organic pectin. There is a small amount of added sugar, six grams per serving, and it is on the label.
