I. Sweepstakes Period

The "Optimal Human Monthly Hume Body Pod Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that same calendar month (each a "Promotion Period"). Each Promotion Period constitutes a separate and independent Sweepstakes. Entries do not carry over into subsequent Promotion Periods. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Optimal Human, PO Box 8030, Fayetteville, AR 72703 ("Sponsor").

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

IV. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Method 1 – Subscription Entry

During the Promotion Period, individuals who maintain an active paid subscription to Optimal Human Superfood Greens Gummies (Adult Formula) and/or Optimal Human Superfood Greens Gummies (Kids Formula) through optimalhuman.com will automatically receive:

  • One (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each new subscription that is successfully signed up and processed during the Promotion Period; and
  • One (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each successful 30-day subscription renewal that is billed and processed by Sponsor’s payment processor during the Promotion Period.

Entries are credited to the calendar month in which the signup or renewal charge is successfully processed, determined by Central Time. A subscription to the Adult Formula and a separate subscription to the Kids Formula each generate their own entries. Entries tied to a subscription charge that is later refunded, reversed, charged back, or disputed will be void. The named account holder of record is the entrant. Entrant must be 18 years of age or older; if a subscription is placed for the Kids Formula, the eligible adult account holder who placed and pays for the subscription is the entrant, not any minor end-user of the product.

Method 2 – Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

On a 3" x 5" card, handwrite the following:

Place the completed card in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with proper first-class postage and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than five (5) business days thereafter to be eligible for that Promotion Period’s drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope. Entrants may submit multiple mail-in entries during a Promotion Period, but each entry must be mailed separately in its own envelope with its own postage. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, or bulk entries will be rejected and disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, stolen, or postage-due mail.

General Entry Conditions

Each entry must be earned as described above (one per qualifying subscription event, or one per separately mailed envelope). Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void and will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

V. Prize Details

One (1) winner will be selected per Promotion Period. The winner will receive one (1) Hume Body Pod (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $352.00 USD. Sponsor will cover standard shipping of the Prize to the winner within the eligible entry area. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent tax documentation) where applicable. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-redeemable for cash or credit. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion Period.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification

The potential winner for each Promotion Period will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within the first week of the following calendar month by employees or agents of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification and, if requested, execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (where permitted by law), and any other documentation required by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the date of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe, inability to deliver notification after reasonable attempts, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

VII. General Conditions

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to technical failures, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, hacking, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Hume Health, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, injuries, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Hume Health, Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliate of this Sweepstakes.

IX. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arkansas, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. By entering, entrants irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

X. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants is subject to Optimal Human’s Privacy Policy, available at https://optimalhuman.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.

XI. Winner List

For the name of the winner of a given Promotion Period (available approximately two (2) weeks after the end of that Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

XII. Sponsor’s Right to Modify

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time without prior notice in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
